This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Offer clinical assistance to customers and the salesforce regarding clinical products and services.

• Support the growth and retention of both potential and existing clinical clients alongside the Medline salesforce.

• Collaborate with the salesforce for product conversions and implementations.

• Aid sales efforts in local territories as well as at the national and corporate account levels.

• Assist with quality investigations, waste assessments, clinical reviews, and observations.

• Perform clinical and utilization reviews to uncover waste, identify opportunities for standardization, and recommend adjustments in clinical practices.

• Provide customer insights for the development of new products and enhancements to existing offerings.

• Participate in professional organizations and attend industry events at the national, regional, and local levels.

⛳️ Requirements

• RN with a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (CNOR certification is preferred) or a Certified Surgical Technologist.

• A minimum of three (3) years of clinical experience in the operating room is essential.

• Preferred cross-functional experience in ancillary procedural areas such as the Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology (IR), Sterile Processing (SPD), Supply Chain, or Labor & Delivery.

• Proven experience in analyzing and reporting data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions and facilitate improvements.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively schedule work to meet deadlines.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Must be able to travel by air or automobile up to 75% of the time for business purposes, both within and outside the state.

• Capability to work in office environments and medical facilities.

• Availability for non-traditional work hours during in-services, including weekends and varying shifts.
