This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Oversee the delivery of Image Guided Therapy (IGT) clinical education to customers of Philips.
• Provide application training ranging from basic to intermediate levels in hospitals and clinics within the designated geography.
• Deliver onsite clinical services solutions, education, and training sessions.
• Assist customers with testing workarounds, integrating clinical processes, and utilizing new solution features.
• Ensure site readiness by working in collaboration with local sales, service, and customer project management teams.
• Take ownership of the learning experience through consultations with customers and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Deliver outstanding onsite training and maintain effective communication with customers.
• Report project status, obstacles, and delays to internal teams.
• Foster communication and collaboration among the learning audience.
• Attain comprehensive knowledge of relevant solutions per modality and achieve advanced proficiency in specialized areas.
• Tackle and resolve various issues using sound judgment.
• Travel extensively throughout the Mid-West Zone and occasionally on a national level.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a cardiovascular or interventional radiology Registered Radiologic Technologist in a clinical setting.
• Current and active certification validated through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Advanced certification in at least one of the following: CV, CI, VI, or RCIS; or must obtain within 12 months of starting employment.
• Possession of a certificate or associate degree.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+) certification is preferred.
• A strong passion for technology and education related to patient care.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, along with presentation skills.
• Capability to work in an office, home office, and/or remote setting, as well as in a hospital or healthcare environment.
• Flexibility to work hours based on business requirements.
• Ability to safely handle radiation sources and/or radioactive materials.
• Capacity to wear necessary personal protective equipment.
• Potentially required to comply with vendor credentialing.
• Authorization to work in the US is mandatory; no visa sponsorship is available now or in the future.
• Must reside in or within commuting distance of Pennsylvania or New Jersey.
• Must live in a city within the territory that holds the majority of the customer base.
• Must be situated within an hour's drive of a major non-regional airport.
• Must be willing to travel approximately 75%, including possible overnight trips and air/train/bus travel.
