Clinical Solutions Delivery Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the provision of Image Guided Therapy (IGT) clinical education for Philips clients.

• Delivering engaging onsite clinical services, educational solutions, and training sessions.

• Assisting customers in implementing workarounds, clinical integration, and utilizing new features of solutions.

• Leading and managing the learning experience through active customer consultation and collaboration.

• Ensuring an exceptional customer experience during onsite training and communications.

• Maintaining continuous and effective communication regarding project status with internal teams.

• Fostering communication and promoting collaboration within the learning audience.

• Acquiring comprehensive knowledge of relevant solutions by modality and achieving advanced proficiency.

• Identifying and resolving a wide range of issues with sound judgement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a cardiovascular or interventional radiology Registered Radiologic Technologist in a clinical setting.

• Previous experience as a clinical preceptor, in clinical training, and/or delivering adult education is highly desirable.

• Current/active certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).

• Advanced certifications in Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology (CV), Cardiac Interventional Radiology (CI), Vascular Interventional Radiology (VI), or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS).

• A certificate or associate degree is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Certification as a Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+) is preferred.

• Ability to meet minimum Physical, Cognitive, and Environmental job requirements.
