This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Lead the delivery of clinical education for Image Guided Therapy to Philips clients.
• Provide basic to intermediate application training in hospitals and clinics within the designated region.
• Offer onsite clinical services, solutions, education, and training.
• Assist customers with testing workarounds, clinical integration, and understanding new solution functionalities.
• Collaborate with local sales, service, and customer project management teams to ensure site readiness.
• Take ownership of the learning experience through consultations with customers and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Deliver exceptional onsite training and maintain effective communication with customers.
• Report project status, challenges, and delays to internal teams.
• Foster communication and promote collaboration among the learning audience.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of relevant solutions for each modality and achieve advanced proficiency in specialized areas.
• Identify and address a wide range of problems, proposing methods for solution attainment.
• Travel approximately 75% of the time throughout the Mid-West Zone, which may involve driving, overnight stays, and potential air/train/bus travel.
• Occasionally undertake national travel as necessary.
• Over 5 years of experience as a Registered Radiologic Technologist specializing in cardiovascular or interventional radiology within a clinical setting.
• Previous experience in clinical preceptorship, clinical training, and/or delivering adult education is highly preferred.
• Current/active certification verifiable through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• Advanced certification in at least one of the following: CV, CI, VI, or RCIS, or the requirement to obtain it within 12 months of employment.
• A certificate or associate degree is required.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Certification as a Certified Technical Trainer Plus (CTT+) is preferred.
• A strong passion for technology and patient-care education.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
• Capability to work in an office/home office and/or remote setting as well as in hospital/healthcare environments.
• Flexibility to work hours according to business needs.
• Ability to safely handle radiation sources and/or radioactive materials.
• Capacity to wear necessary personal protective equipment.
• Compliance with vendor credentialing may be required.
• US work authorization is mandatory; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Must live in or be within commuting distance of Pennsylvania or New Jersey.
• Must be located in a city within the territory that encompasses the majority of the customer base.
• Must reside within 1 hour of a major non-regional airport.
