Clinical Site Manager II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Oversee clinical trial monitoring activities that require specialized technical knowledge, emphasizing quality and ongoing improvement.

• Evaluate clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory guidelines, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards.

• Perform site visits to assess performance, troubleshoot issues, and offer support for effective trial execution.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to guarantee timely and precise data collection and reporting.

• Deliver training and support to site staff and fellow Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with site personnel and relevant stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.

• Extensive experience as a Clinical Research Associate, demonstrating a robust understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory standards.

• Proven capability to manage multiple sites and projects concurrently, exhibiting strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Expertise in monitoring practices, ensuring data integrity, and site management, with proficiency in applicable clinical trial software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the capacity to influence compliance in a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as needed (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
