Clinical Site Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with investigators, site personnel, Key Opinion Leaders, and patient organizations.

• Create and implement site engagement strategies to optimize site performance and ensure successful study outcomes.

• Perform site selection, initiation, monitoring, close-out, and support visits at research sites throughout Poland.

• Serve as the main point of contact for investigative sites throughout the entire study lifecycle.

• Facilitate study delivery by overseeing sites, coordinating with vendors, providing training, and managing regulatory activities.

• Collaborate with Clinical Project Managers and cross-functional teams to guarantee timely and quality study delivery.

• Ensure adherence to GCP, ICH guidelines, SOPs, and relevant regulatory requirements.

• Maintain readiness for audits and inspections across assigned studies.

• Identify potential risks and implement solutions to improve study execution and patient engagement.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO sectors.

• Strong site-facing experience in roles such as CRA, Clinical Site Manager, Study Coordinator, Project Management, or Site Engagement.

• At least 3 years of clinical trial monitoring experience.

• Comprehensive understanding of GCP, ICH guidelines, and clinical trial operations.

• Ability to establish credibility with investigators and site staff through scientific and operational discussions.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.

• A degree in Life Sciences or an equivalent qualification is preferred.

• Proficient in English.

• Willingness and capacity to travel frequently to investigative sites across Poland.

• Legal authorization to work in Poland.
