Clinical Service Manager – CAS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Collaborates with essential stakeholders to align, develop, and implement clinical strategies that meet both short- and long-term business goals related to ablation solutions within the region.

• Drive the execution of critical CAS initiatives to fulfill goals at the Group, OU, and Regional levels.

• Enhance the performance of regional personnel by managing, developing, and inspiring clinical support staff to provide exceptional patient care, physician/AHP support, and technical expertise in hospitals and other care environments.

• Offer continuous feedback and coaching to direct reports, conduct regular performance evaluations, and execute corrective actions when necessary.

• Collaborate with the education team and internal resources to facilitate and lead training sessions for both new and experienced field personnel.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 3 years of relevant experience.

• Background in Electrophysiology (sales, clinical, etc.).

• Experience in management (sales, clinical, training, etc.).

• For degrees obtained outside the United States, a qualification that meets the stipulations of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is mandatory.
