This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers to ensure effective case coverage and positive clinical outcomes for patients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clinical support in surgical coverage, troubleshooting, and in-service education regarding company products.
• Educate customers about the advantages and proper clinical application of company products.
• Keep customers updated on the latest advancements in products, therapies, and technologies within the industry.
• Actively participate in clinical, procedural, and technical discussions, linking data outcomes to key messaging.
• Meet with current and prospective clients (health care providers) to assess their clinical needs, objectives, and constraints related to patient care, offering innovative and practical solutions.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• Over 9 years of relevant cardiovascular work experience, with a minimum of 3 years specifically in Structural Heart or Electrophysiology clinical experience.
• Verification of compliance with all vendor credentialing requirements, which may include COVID-19 vaccination.
• Degree in life sciences or medical training (RN, EMT, Perfusion, etc.).
• Strong clinical focus, experience with products used in interventional cardiology and cardiac surgery, and familiarity with echocardiography and other indirect imaging techniques.
