This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Accountable for enhancing the revenue, profitability, and market share of Henry Schein Products at the center level within their assigned territory.
• Engages in regular and continuous business evaluations with the RGM to pinpoint and pursue category growth opportunities at the center level, focusing on both private accounts and L/R-DSO’s within the HSP portfolio, particularly emphasizing Biomaterial and Endo products.
• Supplies ongoing targeting and analytical resources to RGM / FSC to identify and pursue account-level category growth opportunities.
• Offers clinical expertise to customers and FSC teams to bolster sales at various accounts.
• Executes product demonstrations, both in-person and virtually, to support HSP category growth in one-on-one (private practice) and one-to-many (DSO’s, study clubs, etc.) sales settings.
• Collaborates with internal teams and Clinical Sales Management to create suitable selling materials, launch programs, and implement strategies that cater to the requirements and opportunities within DSO accounts, across the HSP portfolio.
• Leverages available CRM, analytics, and other reporting and communication tools to document, analyze, plan, and coordinate efforts related to increasing HSP revenue within the designated territory.
• 2 to 5 years of progressively responsible experience in relevant sales roles.
• Fundamental understanding of industry standards and practices.
• General proficiency with tools, systems, and operational procedures.
• Basic skills in planning and organization techniques.
• Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic skills in presentation and public speaking.
• Basic interpersonal abilities.
• Developing professional credibility.
• Travel typically around 80%.
• Office environment.
