This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Effectively promote the utilization of a diagnostic test to targeted physicians and specific markets.
• Educate physicians on how to implement the technology, analyze the data, and leverage it to enhance patient care.
• Cultivate and expand market presence in alignment with established sales objectives for the territory.
• Train medical office personnel on the correct procedures for ordering and interpreting tests.
• Provide timely and precise weekly call reports to track sales activity, product utilization, profile data, market insights, and commission metrics.
• Collaborate with lab counterparts to pinpoint key targets and secure appointments for initial product demonstrations.
• Tailor innovative solutions utilizing all IDD resources to fulfill account requirements that are scalable and reproducible.
• Travel throughout the District and take ownership of the territory, including target identification, account planning, and accurate sales forecasting and results.
• Support Business Development Executives (BDE) when needed to help achieve the Area health economic sales targets by assisting with large system implementations and initiatives.
• Collaborate with Health System sales outreach teams to enhance business growth, primarily directing efforts to the Health System Laboratory as instructed by the District Manager/Sales Director.
• Participate in district meetings for training, product updates, and sharing intelligence from the field.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the District team by offering training, mentorship, and support as required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or 10 years of sales experience.
• Proven success in medical sales, B2B technical sales, or military experience.
• Established relationships in the primary care market or familiarity with ACOs, IDNs, and Health Systems.
• Minimum of 10 years of sales experience or its equivalent.

• Proficient in computer skills: Familiarity with business software applications (MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and virtual communication platforms (MS Teams).
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM solutions.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory, which may include overnight stays for team meetings.
