• Prioritize surgical coverage for all types of breast procedures while maximizing case volume for each surgeon.
• Promote daily utilization of all Perimeter equipment within the existing installed base.
• Increase procedural volume to boost recurring revenue from consumables.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new surgeons within contracted accounts and transition them to the Clinical Account Specialist for ongoing support, education, and training.
• Cultivate relationships with hospital staff at current accounts and identify regional leads for territorial growth.
• Facilitate discussions regarding capital upgrades within the installed base, collaborating with the Market Development Manager to progress opportunities through the sales process.
• Create and implement account-specific business plans to achieve and surpass procedural revenue objectives.
• Spearhead new product introductions within designated accounts, working with internal teams to ensure effective adoption and integration.
• Engage with hospital administration and procurement stakeholders to aid in contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and agreements that safeguard and enhance procedural revenue.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews with key account stakeholders to evaluate performance, address any gaps, and align on growth strategies.
• Lead clinical differentiation in the operating room by establishing Perimeter OCT as the standard of care through direct case support and outcome-focused discussions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent along with 2+ years of experience in the sales industry; or an allied health professional degree (e.g., RN, MRT, RRT, PA).
• Proven history of sales success and account management in a clinical or medical device setting.
• Established ability to build and nurture key account relationships.
• Willingness and capacity to travel extensively (85%, approximately 4 days per week including overnights, some weekends, and holidays).
• Strong aptitude for learning and articulating technical and clinical concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, DICOM viewers, and other relevant digital tools.
• Excellent critical thinking, analytical abilities, and commercial acumen.
• High-level presentation and communication skills, capable of influencing both clinical and administrative stakeholders.
• Exceptional accountability, integrity, and commitment to follow-through.
• Comfort providing hands-on support in dynamic live surgical settings.
