• Prioritize surgical coverage for all types of breast procedures while maximizing case volume per surgeon.
• Enhance daily usage of all Perimeter equipment within the established base.
• Increase procedural volume to boost recurring consumable revenue.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new surgeons within accounts that are already under contract, transitioning support to the CAS for ongoing clinical assistance, education, and training.
• Foster relationships with hospital staff at current accounts and identify regional leads for expanding the territory.
• Initiate discussions on capital upgrades within the existing base, collaborating with the MDM to advance opportunities through the sales process.
• Create and implement account-specific business plans to achieve and surpass procedural revenue goals.
• Oversee new product launches within designated accounts, coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful adoption and ramp-up.
• Engage with hospital administration and procurement stakeholders to facilitate contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and account-level agreements that safeguard and enhance procedural revenue.
• Perform quarterly business reviews with key account stakeholders to evaluate performance, address deficiencies, and align on growth strategies.
• Lead clinical differentiation in the operating room by establishing Perimeter OCT as the standard of care through direct case support and outcome-focused discussions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the sales industry; OR a degree in an allied health profession (RN, MRT, RRT, PA, etc.).
• Proven history of sales performance and account management within a clinical or medical device setting.
• Demonstrated capability to cultivate and expand key account relationships.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (85%, approximately 4 days per week including overnight stays, some weekends, and holidays).
• Comfort in providing hands-on support in dynamic live surgical environments.
• Strong aptitude for learning and articulating technical and clinical concepts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, DICOM viewers, and other relevant digital tools.
• Excellent critical thinking, analytical skills, and commercial instincts.
• High-level presentation and communication abilities; capable of influencing clinical and administrative stakeholders.
• Exceptional accountability, integrity, and follow-through.
• Must meet medical credentialing requirements including proof of immunizations, background check, and drug screening.
