• Propel commercial expansion within a designated territory.
• Manage account relationships, ensure procedural adherence, and foster long-term account growth.
• Maintain utilization levels within current accounts while generating new opportunities through surgeon engagement.
• Collaborate closely with the Clinical Application Specialist (CAS) and the Market Development Manager (MDM).
• Focus on surgical coverage across all breast procedure categories and optimize case volumes for each surgeon.
• Promote daily use of all Perimeter equipment within the established client base.
• Increase procedural volumes to enhance recurring consumable revenue.
• Support the onboarding of new surgeons within accounts and transition them to the CAS.
• Cultivate relationships with hospital personnel and identify regional leads for territory growth.
• Execute quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders to evaluate performance and synchronize on growth strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with over 2 years of sales experience; OR a degree in allied health (RN, MRT, RRT, PA, etc.).
• Proven history of sales success and account management in a clinical or medical device setting.
• Established ability to cultivate and enhance key account relationships.
• Willingness and capacity to travel extensively (85%, approximately 4 days per week including overnight stays, some weekends and holidays).
• Comfort in providing hands-on support in dynamic live surgical environments.
• Must fulfill medical credentialing prerequisites, including proof of immunizations, background checks, and drug screenings.
• Strong aptitude for learning and conveying technical and clinical information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, DICOM viewers, and related digital tools.
• Excellent critical thinking, analytical skills, and commercial acumen.
• High-level presentation and communication capabilities; adept at influencing clinical and administrative stakeholders.
