• Participate in initial cases alongside new agents, newly hired doctors, or those identified as "doctors at risk" by the Sales Leadership Team.
• Support surgeon sawbones or cadaver lab sessions.
• Collaborate with distributors and representatives during sales calls across all product lines within Foot & Ankle.
• Represent the company at trade shows and regional or local meetings as directed by the leadership team.
• Serve as a liaison between the corporate office and the field for marketing, R&D, operations, and customer service, which includes providing necessary literature or materials to agents or representatives.
• Assist in organizing schedules, sourcing materials, and staffing labs.
• Gather and relay product feedback or complaints.
• Train and implement technical product sales strategies.
• Engage in in-field sales activities, including pipelining, targeting, prospecting, and executing calls aimed at driving revenue and growth.
• Support strategic sales initiatives downstream.
• Prior experience in orthopedics is essential (Foot & Ankle experience is highly preferred).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the operating room is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in quota-based sales is preferred.
• A valid Driver’s License and current automobile insurance are required.
• Background in the healthcare industry or medical sales is necessary.
• Experience collaborating with distributors is essential.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance and third-party reimbursement practices is required.
