This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Provide clinical support for the Dexter system installed in facilities and enhance the utilization of Dexter procedures.
• Promote the use of Dexter procedures among customers within the designated territory.
• Encourage the adoption of Dexter in clinical specialties that are not currently utilizing it in hospitals, assisting the sales process.
• Collaborate with local Sales Director(s)/Sales Manager(s) to meet and exceed the targeted usage of Dexter surgeries.
• Educate and assist surgeons and OR staff in the operation of Dexter’s robot prior to and during procedures.
• Offer clinical support throughout the setup, surgical procedure, and post-operative phases.
• Assess and address the specific needs of customers before, during, and after implementation.
• Manage the handover of Dexter post-delivery to BioMed and OR, including commissioning at customer sites.
• Guide the CDS department in hospitals regarding the reprocessing of Dexter's reusable tools.
• Communicate and present the clinical advantages of Dexter effectively.
• Ensure customer satisfaction while supporting and expanding the surgeon and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) network.
• Participate in key trade fairs and events, maintaining a visible presence in the market.
• Provide forecasts for anticipated usage and promote new products and upgrades related to Dexter.
• Completed professional training in healthcare (nurse, anaesthetist, or equivalent).
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in an operating theatre (hospital or clinic) or equivalent training as a Clinical Sales or Clinical Specialist.
• Ideally, possess strong knowledge in General Surgery, Gynaecology, and Urology.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with a diligent and proactive hands-on approach and an organized, adaptable mindset.
• High willingness to travel and flexibility within the assigned territory.
• Fluency in the local official language, French (mandatory). Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
• Preferred experience in start-ups, product launches, or high-growth commercial environments, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
