This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to formulate a sales strategy aimed at enhancing robot utilization.
• Guide surgical teams through training sessions, OR integration, and da Vinci® Surgery applications.
• Serve as a da Vinci® Surgery resource across all primary surgical specialties.
• Assist with regional Sales and Marketing events to boost system awareness and promote procedure adoption.
• Create a tailored da Vinci® Surgery plan for each surgical team to ensure they can operate the system independently.
• Foster the continuous growth of the user base by engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Propel the sales of instruments and accessories.
• Support new team members in becoming high performers within the clinical sales team.
• Efficiently manage administrative responsibilities, sales activities, and the submission of expense reports, among other tasks.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• At least 5 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years in the healthcare sales sector.
• A strong ambition coupled with a proven work ethic.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, and to work nights and weekends as necessary.
• Familiarity with the Operating Room environment is preferred.
