This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to formulate a sales strategy aimed at enhancing robot utilization.
• Guide surgical teams through training sessions, operating room integration, and da Vinci® Surgery applications.
• Act as a resource for da Vinci® Surgery across all primary surgical specialties.
• Assist in regional Sales and Marketing events designed to promote system awareness and procedure adoption.
• Create a tailored da Vinci® Surgery plan for each surgical team to ensure independent use of the system.
• Foster ongoing growth of the user base by engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Propel the sales of instruments and accessories.
• Provide mentorship to new team members to help them become high-performing contributors to the clinical sales team.
• Efficiently manage administrative responsibilities, sales activities, and the submission of expense reports, among other tasks.
• At least 5 years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2 years in healthcare sales.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work nights and weekends as required.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
