• Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to formulate a sales strategy aimed at enhancing robot utilization.
• Provide mentorship to surgical teams through training sessions, OR integration, and da Vinci® Surgery applications.
• Serve as a da Vinci® Surgery expert across all primary surgical specialties.
• Assist in regional Sales and Marketing events that foster system awareness and encourage procedure adoption.
• Create a comprehensive da Vinci® Surgery plan for each surgical team to ensure independent system use.
• Promote the ongoing expansion of the user base by engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Propel sales of instruments and accessories.
• Guide new team members in becoming high-performing members of the clinical sales team.
• At least 5 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years in healthcare sales.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, as well as work evenings and weekends when necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
