This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to formulate a sales strategy aimed at enhancing robot utilization.
• Guide surgical teams through training sessions, OR integration, and the applications of da Vinci® Surgery.
• Act as a resource for da Vinci® Surgery across all primary surgical specialties.
• Assist in regional Sales and Marketing initiatives that promote system awareness and encourage procedure adoption.
• Create a da Vinci® Surgery plan for each surgical team to enable unsupervised use of the system.
• Foster continuous user base expansion by engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Promote the sales of instruments and accessories.
• Mentor new team members to elevate their performance within the clinical sales team.
• Manage administrative responsibilities, sales activities, and the submission of expense reports, among other tasks.
• At least 5 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years in healthcare sales.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work nights and weekends as required.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
