• Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to formulate a sales strategy aimed at enhancing robot utilization.
• Guide surgical teams through training sessions, integration into the operating room, and da Vinci® Surgery applications.
• Serve as a resource for da Vinci® Surgery across all major surgical specialties.
• Assist in regional Sales and Marketing events that promote system awareness and encourage procedure adoption.
• Create a tailored da Vinci® Surgery plan for each surgical team to enable independent system use.
• Foster continuous growth of the user base by engaging with key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Promote the sales of instruments and accessories.
• Mentor new team members to help them become high-performing members of the clinical sales team.
• Reliably manage administrative responsibilities, sales activities, and the submission of expense reports, among other tasks.
• At least 5 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years in healthcare sales.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, and to work nights and weekends as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Familiarity with the Operating Room environment is preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of success.
