This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to formulate a sales strategy aimed at enhancing robot utilization.
• Guide surgical teams through training sessions, integration in the operating room, and applications of da Vinci® Surgery.
• Serve as a resource for da Vinci® Surgery across all primary surgical specialties.
• Assist in regional Sales and Marketing events to promote system awareness and encourage procedure adoption.
• Create a tailored da Vinci® Surgery plan for each surgical team to enable them to operate the system independently.
• Promote the continual growth of the user base by engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Facilitate the sales of instruments and accessories.
• Provide mentorship to new team members to help them become high-performing contributors to the clinical sales team.
• Effectively manage administrative responsibilities, sales activities, expense report submissions, and related tasks.
• At least 5 years of sales experience, including a minimum of 2 years in healthcare sales.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, and availability to work nights and weekends when necessary.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
