• Propel sales expansion throughout the DACH region, initially emphasizing North Rhine-Westphalia.
• Establish and nurture relationships with physiotherapy clinics, pediatric rehabilitation facilities, hospitals, and other healthcare entities.
• Oversee the complete B2B sales process, from prospecting and outreach to demonstrations, evaluations, negotiations, and closing.
• Inform physiotherapists, clinical directors, and rehabilitation teams about Trexo’s clinical advantages and implementation strategies.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with top rehabilitation institutions and influential opinion leaders.
• Conduct both in-person and virtual product demonstrations for clinics and professional collaborators.
• Assist clinics in assessing Trexo for patient demographics and operational integration.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to generate and convert leads from conferences, events, and inbound inquiries.
• Represent Trexo at trade shows, physiotherapy congresses, and pediatric rehabilitation events throughout Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
• Maintain an organized CRM pipeline and consistently achieve or surpass territory sales objectives.
• Provide market insights regarding reimbursement, procurement pathways, competitive dynamics, and customer challenges.
• Educational qualifications: A degree or formal training in Physiotherapy (essential for clinical credibility within the German market).
• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or clinical account management within medical devices, rehabilitation technology, physiotherapy, or healthcare sectors.
• Strong comprehension of rehabilitation, gait training, or assistive technologies.
• Demonstrated success in B2B or institutional healthcare sales.
• Experience in selling to clinics, hospitals, or rehabilitation centers.
• Proficiency in both German and English (spoken and written).
• Exceptional presentation, relationship-building, and consultative sales abilities.
• Capability to manage lengthy sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a startup or high-growth setting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% throughout Germany and occasionally within Austria and Switzerland.
