Clinical Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute sales initiatives for da Vinci® Surgery to meet and surpass objectives established by senior management.

• Increase the utilization of da Vinci® Surgery across all current accounts.

• Promote da Vinci® Surgery by training and selling to new surgeons across all relevant specialties related to the da Vinci® Surgical System.

• Oversee the training and educational procedures within the installed base.

• Facilitate the installation process of new systems.

• Identify opportunities for new system installations and upgrades within the existing customer base.

• Willingness to travel moderately to extensively.

• Supply the clinical sales team with updates on new products or additional information regarding existing offerings.

• Collaborate with the training and marketing teams to execute new strategies and initiatives as instructed by senior management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• A proven history in da Vinci® Surgery Sales or over 5 years of experience in clinical sales management is essential.

• Comprehensive understanding of the Operating Room Environment is required.

• Familiarity with the capital equipment sales process is necessary.

• Demonstrated experience in managing and leading a sales team within the medical device sector.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities are crucial.

• Proficiency in computer usage is required.
