Clinical Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute sales initiatives for da Vinci® Surgery to meet and surpass objectives established by senior management.

• Increase the utilization of da Vinci® Surgery across all current accounts.

• Promote and train new surgeons across all relevant specialties on the da Vinci® Surgical System.

• Oversee the training and educational process within the existing user base.

• Facilitate the installation process for new systems.

• Identify prospects for new system installations and upgrades within the current base.

• Engage in moderate to extensive travel.

• Supply the clinical sales team with updates on new products and information regarding existing offerings.

• Collaborate with training and marketing teams to execute new strategies and programs as directed by senior management.

⛳️ Requirements

• A demonstrated history of success in da Vinci® Surgery Sales or over 5 years in clinical sales management is required.

• Comprehensive understanding of the Operating Room Environment is essential.

• Familiarity with the capital equipment sales process is mandatory.

• Prior experience in leading and managing a sales team within the medical device sector.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.

• Proficient in computer usage.
