Clinical Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Recruit, train, and nurture the clinical team within their designated region.

• Oversee the implementation of the ION system programs.

• Increase the utilization of ION procedures in all current accounts.

• Foster Key Opinion Leader (KOL) development throughout the region.

• Equip the clinical sales team with information on new products as well as updates on existing products.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required.

• A proven history of success in ION® sales or over 5 years of experience in clinical sales management is necessary.

• Comprehensive understanding of the Operating Room/Endoscopy environment.

• Established experience in selling medical capital equipment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
