This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to formulate a strategy aimed at enhancing the utilization of the da Vinci® Surgical System.
• Become proficient in da Vinci® Surgery across all major surgical specialties to bolster the development of surgical robotics programs within the designated territory.
• Assist in field initiatives to meet quarterly sales targets.
• Support regional Sales and Marketing initiatives that foster system awareness and encourage procedure adoption.
• Provide training and development for OR staff to ensure proficiency in pre, intra, and postoperative system management.
• Create a tailored da Vinci® Surgery plan for each surgical team to ensure their capability to operate the system independently within a reasonable timeframe.
• Promote the utilization of the da Vinci® system by collaborating with surgical teams to determine suitable procedure applications.
• Foster the continuous growth of the user base by partnering with key hospital personnel and surgeon thought leaders to establish a qualified lead funnel.
• Drive sales of instruments and accessories.
• Manage administrative responsibilities, including reporting on sales/procedures, documenting the outcomes of sales activities, and submitting expense reports.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 6-10 years of prior sales experience in the medical devices sector is essential.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Demonstrated capability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
