This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to formulate a strategy aimed at enhancing the utilization of the da Vinci® Surgical System.
• Attain expertise in da Vinci® Surgery across all primary surgical specialties to support the establishment of surgical robotics programs within the designated territory.
• Assist in field initiatives to meet quarterly sales objectives.
• Contribute to regional Sales and Marketing events designed to promote system awareness and encourage procedure adoption.
• Educate and train OR staff to proficiently manage the system during preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases.
• Create a tailored da Vinci® Surgery plan for each surgical team to ensure they can operate the system independently within an acceptable timeframe.
• Promote the utilization of the da Vinci® system by collaborating with surgical teams to identify suitable procedure applications.
• Foster continuous growth of the user base by engaging with key hospital personnel and surgeon thought leaders to create a qualified lead pipeline.
• Propel sales of instruments and accessories.
• Diligently manage administrative responsibilities, including sales/procedures reporting, tracking outcomes of sales activities, and submitting expense reports.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 6-10 years of prior sales experience in the medical devices sector is mandatory.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-energy environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Demonstrated capability to work effectively as part of a team.
