Clinical Sales Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to formulate a sales strategy aimed at enhancing robot utilization.

• Oversee surgical teams through training sessions, operating room integration, and da Vinci® Surgery applications.

• Serve as a da Vinci® Surgery resource across all key surgical specialties.

• Assist in regional Sales and Marketing events that promote system awareness and encourage procedure adoption.

• Create a tailored da Vinci® Surgery plan for each surgical team to enable independent system usage.

• Propel the continuous growth of the user base by engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

• Stimulate sales of instruments and accessories.

• Diligently manage administrative responsibilities such as sales activities and expense report submissions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.

• At least 2 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the medical device sector.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%, and to work nights and weekends as necessary.

• Demonstrated track record of success.

• Strong ambition and an outstanding work ethic.

• Capability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.

• Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication abilities.

• Proven experience working effectively as part of a team.
