This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

šŸ“‹ Description

• Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to create a strategy aimed at increasing the utilization of the da VinciĀ® Surgical System.

• Become an expert in da VinciĀ® Surgery across all primary surgical specialties to aid in the establishment of surgical robotics programs within the designated territory.

• Assist field operations in meeting quarterly sales targets.

• Support regional Sales and Marketing initiatives that enhance system visibility and encourage procedure adoption.

• Train and develop OR staff to proficiently manage the system during preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative phases.

• Formulate a da VinciĀ® Surgery plan for each surgical team to ensure they are capable of using the system independently within a reasonable timeframe.

• Promote the use of the da VinciĀ® system by collaborating with surgical teams to identify suitable procedure applications.

• Foster continuous growth of the user base by engaging with key hospital personnel and surgeon thought leaders to create a qualified lead pipeline.

• Drive sales of instruments and accessories.

• Manage administrative responsibilities such as reporting sales/procedures, tracking outcomes of sales activities, and submitting expense reports, among others.

• Guide surgical teams through training sessions, ensuring they comprehend system operations, OR integration, and the applications of da VinciĀ® Surgery.

• Serve as a resource for the surgical team, offering guidance and insights on utilizing the da VinciĀ® Surgical System.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

• At least two years of prior sales experience.

• Demonstrated track record of achievement and leadership.

• Strong ambition and work ethic.

• Capability to thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced setting.

• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work nights and weekends as necessary.
