Clinical Sales Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Clinical Sales Manager to formulate a sales strategy aimed at enhancing robot utilization.

• Oversee surgical teams during training sessions, operating room integration, and da Vinci® Surgery applications.

• Serve as a da Vinci® Surgery resource across all major surgical specialties.

• Assist in regional Sales and Marketing events to foster system awareness and procedure adoption.

• Create a tailored da Vinci® Surgery plan for each surgical team to enable independent system usage.

• Promote the continuous growth of the user base by engaging with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).

• Facilitate the sales of instruments and accessories.

• Effectively manage administrative responsibilities such as sales activities and the submission of expense reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• At least 2 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the medical device sector.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%, and availability to work nights and weekends as required.

• Demonstrated track record of success.

• Strong ambition and an outstanding work ethic.

• Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
