šŸ“‹ Description

• Execute the clinical sales strategy established by the da Vinci Clinical Sales Manager to enhance the utilization of the da VinciĀ® Surgical System.

• Establish expertise in da VinciĀ® Surgery, particularly across key indications in the region, to aid in the development of surgical robotics programs within the designated territory.

• Assist in regional Sales and Marketing initiatives that foster system awareness and promote procedure adoption.

• Create a tailored da VinciĀ® Surgery plan for each surgical team to ensure they can operate the system independently within a reasonable timeframe based on their volume and access to the system.

• Enhance the utilization of the da VinciĀ® system by collaborating with surgical teams to review and choose suitable cases, ensuring consistent application of the da Vinci system.

• Propel the continuous growth of the user base by engaging with key hospital personnel and surgeon thought leaders to establish a qualified lead pipeline; interactions with C-level executives, senior hospital staff, and KOLs will be supported by the Clinical Sales Manager.

• Guide surgical teams through training sessions, assisting them in comprehending system operations, OR integration, and da VinciĀ® Surgery applications.

• Serve as a resource for the surgical team, offering guidance and insights on utilizing the da VinciĀ® Surgical System through case support.

• Diligently manage administrative responsibilities, including reporting of sales/procedures, outcomes of sales activities, and submission of expense reports.

• Act as a Medical Device Consultant (Medizinprodukteberater) in Austria and Germany, following appropriate training as per legal requirements, and provide guidance, insights, and support for the proper handling of Intuitive medical devices.


ā›³ļø Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

• At least two years of experience in support and training within the medical device industry or a minimum of two years of previous sales experience in healthcare.

• Proven successful experience in sales support or direct sales.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

• Proficient in English and the local language as needed.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%, based on account distribution.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Familiarity with the Operating Room environment is preferred.
