Clinical Research Patient Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Review and gain a thorough understanding of study protocols along with inclusion and exclusion criteria.

• Conduct pre-screening of patient records to determine study eligibility.

• Match prospective subjects with current or upcoming research studies.

• Make outgoing recruitment calls and respond to incoming patient inquiries.

• Schedule appointments for research participation.

• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective participants.

• Enter and update the status of potential subjects in Clinical Conductor.

• Revise medical histories and medications based on patient records and phone discussions.

• Monitor trends regarding patient acceptance or reluctance to participate in clinical trials.

• Develop and schedule IRB-approved social media content and mass email communications.

• Create flyers, brochures, and other materials for recruitment purposes.

• Perform additional job-related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma is necessary.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in clinical research patient recruitment is required.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

• Strong organizational abilities are required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is necessary.

• Fluency in written and spoken English is required.

• Spanish-speaking skills are preferred.

• Experience with basic graphic design tools like Canva is desired.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.

• Capacity to build rapport with patients over the phone is important.

• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.) for recruitment is necessary.
