Clinical Research Associate – 3

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage clinical trial operations in accordance with protocols, regulatory standards, and industry guidelines.

• Lead clinical trial monitoring activities that require a high level of technical expertise, with an emphasis on quality and ongoing enhancement.

• Supervise clinical trial sites to ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory standards, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.

• Conduct site visits to evaluate site performance, address any issues, and support effective trial implementation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and precise data collection and reporting.

• Offer training and support to site personnel and other Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Establish and nurture relationships with site staff and stakeholders to ensure efficient trial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline or a healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience as a Clinical Research Associate, with a comprehensive understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory standards.

• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple sites and projects concurrently.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Expertise in monitoring practices, data integrity, and site management.

• Proficiency in relevant clinical trial software and tools.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to influence and ensure compliance within a complex environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 60%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
