Clinical Research Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the delivery of project and programme management.

• Address challenges and enhance team capabilities.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, which encompass timelines, budgets, and resource distribution.

• Direct cross-functional project teams while promoting communication and cooperation.

• Track project advancement, recognize risks and challenges, and execute mitigation measures.

• Engage with stakeholders, manage their expectations, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project objectives.

• Prepare and deliver project reports, status updates, and performance metrics to senior management and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in project management, business, or a related field is desirable.

• Extensive experience in project management and team leadership is required.

• A proven history of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion while delivering within scope, time, and budget constraints.

• Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable.

• Willingness to travel as necessary, approximately 30% of the time.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the role is based.
