Senior Clinical Trial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee the operations of clinical trials within a sponsor-dedicated framework.

• Ensure the delivery of clinical trial management services.

• Address challenges and enhance team capabilities.

• Manage the clinical segment of the budget while optimizing resource utilization.

• Create monitoring strategies and tools to guarantee effective oversight of studies.

• Provide training and mentorship to Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Propel enrollment and spearhead study initiation activities, ensuring adherence to timelines.

• Evaluate trip reports and implement necessary corrective and preventive action plans.

• Cultivate strong relationships with Sponsors, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4+ years of experience in a Clinical Trial Management role at a global level within a Pharmaceutical Organization or within a sponsor environment.

• Bachelor's degree in health, life sciences, or other relevant fields.

• Proven experience in managing Cell Therapy studies.

• Background in vendor management, including leading calls and overseeing vendor budgets.

• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in clinical trial management.

• Ability to work collaboratively across different functions.

• Experience managing complex or global trials is a plus.

• Familiarity with managing all aspects of trials from initiation to database lock is preferred.

• Experience in coaching and mentoring other Clinical Trial Managers (CTMs), leading a CTM team, and engaging in departmental initiatives.

• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
