Senior Clinical Trial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee operations related to clinical trials within a sponsor-dedicated framework.

• Facilitate the delivery of clinical trial management.

• Address challenges and enhance team capabilities.

• Supervise the clinical budget aspects and ensure optimal resource distribution.

• Create monitoring strategies and tools to guarantee effective oversight of studies.

• Provide training and mentorship to Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).

• Lead enrollment efforts and manage study initiation activities while following established timelines.

• Evaluate trip reports and execute corrective and preventative action plans when necessary.

• Cultivate strong relationships with sponsors, vendors, and interdisciplinary teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4+ years of experience in a Clinical Trial Management role on a global scale within a Pharmaceutical Organization or within a sponsor environment.

• Bachelor's degree in health, life sciences, or other relevant disciplines.

• Experience in managing Cell Therapy studies.

• Proven vendor management skills, including leading discussions, overseeing vendors, and managing vendor budgets.

• At least 5+ years of pertinent experience in clinical trial management.

• Ability to work collaboratively across functions.

• Experience in managing complex or global trials is a plus.

• Familiarity with overseeing all trial components from initiation to database lock is preferred.

• Experience in coaching or mentoring other Clinical Trial Managers (CTMs), leading a team of CTMs, and engaging in departmental initiatives.

• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).

• Legal authorization to work in Brazil.
