Clinical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Manage the full clinician recruitment process from initial applications to signed offers and onboarding.

• Attract and engage outstanding therapists and psychologists who are dedicated to serving the senior demographic.

• Ensure a five-star experience for clinicians throughout their hiring journey.

• Oversee both inbound and outbound clinician recruitment pipelines utilizing Ashby ATS.

• Develop new recruitment channels to broaden outreach.

• Initiate clinical recruitment for new specialties, which includes crafting job descriptions, researching compensation, and implementing interview strategies.

• Collaborate with the co-founder and Provider Growth team to create clinical recruitment rubrics and criteria.

• Innovate sourcing tools, clinical job boards, and recruitment systems to enhance effectiveness.

• Possess deep empathy for therapists paired with strong relationship-building skills.

• Demonstrate high emotional and intellectual intelligence in assessing clinical talent.

• Enjoy the interview process and meeting new candidates, often exceeding 10 interviews per day.

• Employ a human-centered approach to clinician experiences.

• Have experience or a keen interest in comprehensive clinical recruiting, covering sourcing, outreach, interviews, and offer acceptance.

• Exhibit organized, disciplined, and proactive management of candidate data, communications, and follow-ups.

• Be familiar with platforms like Ashby and LinkedIn.

• Be curious and data-driven, utilizing metrics such as conversion rates, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness.

• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while achieving ambitious targets.

• Must reside in Canada.

• Comfortable working during Eastern Time Zone hours.
