This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and engage psychologists and therapists who are dedicated to supporting autistic and neurodivergent adults.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with healthcare professionals through genuine outreach and ongoing engagement.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process from the first contact to the acceptance of offers.
• Ensure candidates have a seamless experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Collaborate closely with the clinical team to comprehend hiring requirements and tailor recruiting strategies for various specialties and backgrounds.
• Monitor candidates, validate credentials and licenses, maintain the ATS, and provide updates on recruiting progress.
• Innovate new strategies when conventional recruiting methods prove ineffective.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with healthcare professionals.
• Ability to compellingly convey the company's mission and values.
• Capability to juggle competing deadlines and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Proactive in optimizing processes and making effective use of recruiting software.
• Quick response times and a sense of urgency while maintaining quality.
• Comprehensive recruiting experience from LinkedIn outreach to offer closure.
• Proficient in systematically verifying clinical licenses across multiple states.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a sense of curiosity.
• Expert-level proficiency with Greenhouse or a comparable ATS.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other recruiting platforms.
