📋 Description

• In the role of Clinical Recruiter, you will play an essential part in guiding the journey for Nourish Medical providers (Nurse Practitioners, Physicians) aspiring to join Nourish.

• You will serve as the entry point into Nourish, frequently being the first individual a Nourish Medical provider will engage with during their journey.

• This position focuses on delivering an exceptional hiring experience - assessing candidates, organizing offers, crafting timely and supportive candidate communication strategies, and addressing complex inquiries to assist providers in determining if Nourish is the right fit for them.

• You will take complete responsibility for our Nourish Medical applicants (a significant and expanding group each month) and enhance their hiring experience from start to finish.

• You will contribute to refining and advancing our hiring strategy, proactively seeking to improve processes as we expand.

• You will interact daily with providers making significant career decisions and present them with the opportunity to join Nourish’s mission and community.

• As one of the early hires on our Nourish medical team, you will have numerous opportunities to grow with us and influence our approach to expanding our provider base.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in recruiting; experience in clinical recruiting or recruiting licensed healthcare providers is advantageous.

• You are exceptionally organized and adept at managing a high-volume process, balancing multiple interactions simultaneously while ensuring that no detail is missed.

• You possess outstanding verbal and written communication skills and thrive on engaging with providers through phone, video, email, and chat.

• You can swiftly learn new processes and take ownership, grasping a detailed procedure immediately after it is explained.

• You are a strong problem-solver who can think quickly and provide innovative solutions to enhance processes.

• You are passionate about metabolic health and motivated to assist others in improving their health by increasing access to high-quality care.

• You have thrived in dynamic start-ups, particularly in healthcare operations, telehealth, SaaS, or technology, where quick thinking and adaptability are essential.
