This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process for Nurse Practitioners and Registered Nurses across various states.
• Identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job platforms, referrals, and other recruitment avenues.
• Review resumes and perform initial phone screenings.
• Arrange interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
• Aid in creating job postings and implementing recruitment marketing strategies.
• Support the Credentialing team by gathering necessary documentation from providers.
• Monitor credentialing and licensing documentation to guarantee timely completion.
• Collaborate with internal departments and providers regarding credentialing needs.
• Manage calendars and scheduling for the medical team.
• Assist with various administrative duties and special projects.
• Contribute to process enhancements and help sustain efficient workflows.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources or Recruiting.
• Background in recruiting healthcare professionals, especially Nurse Practitioners and/or Registered Nurses.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Skillful in handling confidential information with care.
• Self-driven with the capacity to work independently in a remote setup.
