Clinical Recruiter – Anesthesia OnCall

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Identifies and recruits qualified candidates for healthcare positions, managing the full-cycle recruitment process.

• Employs a variety of sourcing techniques, such as job boards, social media, and networking, to attract anesthesia professionals.

• Evaluates candidates through CV assessments and phone interviews to determine their qualifications and suitability for open roles.

• Creates and implements marketing and branding strategies.

• Works collaboratively with the Clinical Recruitment Manager and candidates to negotiate contract terms, including compensation, benefits, and work schedules.

• Organizes interviews between candidates and healthcare facilities, facilitating the entire placement process from initial contact to job offer negotiations.

• Stays updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities concerning anesthesia staffing.

• Ensures adherence to all regulatory standards and company policies throughout the recruitment and placement procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.

• Prior experience in clinical recruiting, particularly in the anesthesia specialty, is preferred.

• Strong understanding of anesthesia practices, procedures, and terminology.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capability to effectively engage with candidates and team members.

• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), databases (CRM), and other recruitment tools; experience with Bullhorn, Doc Café, and Social Media Sourcing is preferred.
