This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Evaluate clinical and administrative records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency.
• Perform regular quality assurance audits and document the findings.
• Recognize opportunities for enhancing workflow and improving process efficiency.
• Keep precise reports, logs, and internal documentation updated.
• Relay findings and recommendations to leadership as necessary.
• Assist in adhering to internal procedures and maintaining quality standards.
• Work collaboratively with team members on initiatives aimed at process improvement.
• Manage sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Preferably an Associate or Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in quality assurance, healthcare administration, auditing, records review, or similar roles is preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or equivalent systems.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills are necessary.
