Clinical Psychologist, Licensed in California

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Deliver outstanding evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults through telehealth (15 hours or more weekly)

• Perform clinical assessments and intake evaluations utilizing geriatric tools

• Create and execute individualized treatment plans, consistently monitoring client progress and making adjustments as necessary

• Ensure comprehensive and timely documentation in adherence to company policies (with assistance from our AI-driven scribe)

• Assist clients in navigating life transitions (such as retirement, bereavement, and isolation) with a compassionate and age-sensitive approach

• Engage in regular team meetings to uphold best practices

• Aid clients during therapeutic life transitions, including retirement, loss of independence, or bereavement, with a compassionate and age-appropriate methodology

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to support the Sailor Health team on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis (minimum of 15 hours weekly)

• Degree in Clinical Psychology: either Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology

• Experience with older adults is strongly preferred

• Proficient in utilizing electronic health records (EHR) and delivering therapy through telehealth
