This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee small-scale projects that involve fewer than five countries and/or limited services, working under direct or general supervision.

• Hold primary accountability for ensuring project deliverables adhere to established quality standards, deadlines, and budgets.

• Act as the regional lead or co-manager for complex international projects or programs.

• Assume secondary responsibility for ensuring project deliverables meet the defined quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.

• Uphold and advocate for PSI delivery and service principles in interactions with customers.

• Direct project teams effectively.

• Provide training, mentoring, and coaching to Lead CRAs, Senior CRAs, CRAs, PCAs, and SMAs.

• Engage in feasibility assessments.

• Assist in business development efforts, including proposals, client presentations, and bid defense meetings.

• Implement standard company practices and adhere to departmental procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, training, and experience.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, specifically in clinical research, as per the stated degree equivalency.

• At least 5 years of industry experience within clinical research.

• A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in clinical research as a project manager or in equivalent roles, such as Clinical Trial Manager or Clinical Study Team Lead.

• Experience managing regional clinical projects, overseeing all project services from initiation to completion.

• Therapeutic expertise in Oncology, Gastroenterology, and/or Radiopharmaceuticals is advantageous.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capability to cultivate robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
