Clinical Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the initiation of studies by analyzing protocol specifications, formulating project strategies, and coordinating documentation among stakeholders.

• Oversee project implementation through resource allocation, financial management, and compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards.

• Provide leadership to the team by establishing performance benchmarks, facilitating training, and fostering coaching and mentoring initiatives.

• Assist in business development by contributing to capability presentations and representing Clario at industry conferences.

• Supervise project closure by managing submission processes and ensuring all final deliverables are completed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, or a related healthcare discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

• 1–3 years of experience in clinical trials within a CRO or pharmaceutical research firm, ideally in project management.

• Demonstrated proficiency in project planning, financial oversight, and adherence to regulatory requirements (GCP, ICH, FDA).

• High level of expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Project.

• Proven skills in leadership, communication, and collaboration across various functions.
