Clinical Project Coordinator – LATAM/India

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Offer administrative, clerical, implementation, and processing support to project teams and stakeholders.

• Aid in the development, testing, tracking, distribution, and management of documents, processes, and reports.

• Organize meetings, presentations, and training sessions.

• Assist in facilitating billing and payment procedures.

• Act as the main point of contact for inquiries related to the project.

• Ensure all activities adhere to quality standards, project guidelines, corporate best practices, and regulatory requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience, with ongoing training being advantageous.

• At least a one-year college advanced diploma or degree in a pertinent field, preferably in Health, Life Sciences, or Clinical Research.

• Understanding of clinical research principles and processes.

• Capability to work autonomously.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Competence in collaborating within cross-functional teams.
