Clinical Product Training Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create, implement, and sustain clinical and product training curricula, educational standards, and support materials for product distribution partners and the Liquidia access program.

• Facilitate disease state, product, and device training programs in both field-based and corporate environments.

• Act as a clinical education liaison between Liquidia and internal stakeholders, ensuring adherence to approved messaging, training goals, and compliance standards.

• Address essential training needs that influence patient access, product initiation, or continuity of therapy.

• Build and nurture professional relationships with key partner stakeholders through both in-person and virtual interactions.

• Organize, prioritize, and deliver training sessions throughout assigned geographic regions.

• Collaborate with market access, sales, training, marketing, and medical affairs teams.

• Conduct regular clinical and product training sessions with specialty pharmacy partners in both group and individual formats.

• Aid in the review and investigation of product complaints and adverse events, offering clinical context and facilitating follow-up and documentation.

• Support internal field team training regarding product knowledge, specialty pharmacy workflows, and patient support programs.

• Identify training deficiencies and partner needs, recommending enhancements to service quality.

• Participate in company-sponsored meetings, trade shows, and medical conferences.

• Provide clinical education and product knowledge assistance to internal departments.

• Engage in planning, alignment, and strategy meetings, offering field-based insights.

• Adhere to company compliance policies, procedures, and training requirements.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Nursing.

• 8+ years of combined clinical, training, or healthcare business experience with a bachelor's degree, or 10+ years with an associate degree, or 6+ years with a master's degree.

• At least 4 years in a leadership role, such as leading training initiatives, mentoring colleagues, or serving as a subject-matter expert across teams.

• Active, unencumbered RN license (state or compact), or Doctor of Pharmacy license.

• Capability to obtain and sustain additional licenses for the designated territory.

• Strong comprehension of specialty pharmacy services, patient support programs, and healthcare delivery models.

• Proven experience in delivering clinical education, training, or presentations to varied audiences.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to work independently in a field-based setting.

• Willingness to travel up to 70–75%, including overnight stays.
