Clinical Pharmacy Principal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and enhance clinical programs throughout healthcare delivery systems.

• Offer strategic counsel and direction to various functional teams.

• Collaborate with senior executives to formulate and propel segment or organization-wide functional strategies.

• Provide guidance on areas, programs, or functions and make recommendations to senior executives regarding significant issues.

• Act as an advanced subject matter expert across diverse knowledge and functional domains.

• Lead strategic initiatives that span the enterprise or cross-functional teams.

• Design, implement, or assess programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited pharmacy school.

• Active pharmacist license in good standing.

• Proven experience in leading enterprise or cross-functional strategic initiatives.

• Background in designing, implementing, or evaluating programs.

• Excellent analytical and data interpretation abilities.

• Strong communication and presentation skills tailored for executive audiences.

• Experience in influencing stakeholders at various organizational levels.

• Capability to navigate ambiguity and steer complex initiatives from inception to execution.

• Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps for download and 10 Mbps for upload.

• A dedicated workspace free from interruptions to safeguard member PHI / HIPAA information.
