β’ Identify and prospect new providers, establishing trust to convert them into long-term referral partners.
β’ Develop and maintain relationships with current providers to ensure a consistent flow of patient referrals.
β’ Showcase the advantages of Nabiβs model and facilitate an efficient referral process.
β’ Collaborate closely with team members from clinical and operations to guarantee a seamless experience for both providers and patients.
β’ Primarily work remotely, with occasional in-person engagements such as conferences and site visits to strengthen provider relationships and represent Nabi in the field.
β’ Active or former Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) possessing clinical experience.
β’ Strong clinical credibility with the capability to engage in peer-to-peer interactions with physicians, therapists, and other referring professionals.
β’ Extensive knowledge of eating disorders, disordered eating, or weight-inclusive care.
β’ Ability to work independently in a remote, startup environment.
β’ Competitive base salary along with a commission based on referrals.
