This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the entire sales cycle for new healthcare partnerships.
• Spearhead new business acquisition by identifying, prospecting, and qualifying healthcare organizations.
• Manage the complete sales process from initial outreach to deal closure.
• Establish and sustain trusted relationships with C-level executives and clinical leaders.
• Present compelling sales pitches and demonstrations tailored to potential clients.
• Create and implement territory strategies that focus on high-value opportunities.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams across various functions.
• Represent Iris Telehealth at industry trade shows and conferences.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales or business development position.
• Experience with lengthy, consultative sales cycles aimed at new customer acquisition in complex or regulated sectors.
• Proven history of consistently exceeding quotas in competitive markets.
• A natural relationship builder who earns the trust of senior decision-makers.
• Highly skilled in using CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is advantageous, but skills and capabilities are more important.
